An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Rachel Scott Couture.
We are looking for a highly experienced bridal seamstress with exceptional technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail and a passion for beautiful craftsmanship.
Working with luxury designers and exquisite fabrics, you'll play an integral role in delivering the exceptional quality, care and personal service our brides and evening wear clients expect.
The Role
- Conducting expert fittings and alterations
- Working confidently with delicate fabrics, lace and intricate embellishments
- Managing alterations from initial fitting through to final finish
- Delivering impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Providing a professional, welcoming and personal experience for every bride
About You
You'll have extensive experience in bridal alterations, be confident managing complex fittings and possess the technical expertise to work independently to the highest standards.
Working Arrangements
Bridal appointments and fittings take place at our Edinburgh boutiques on Dundas Street and Queensferry Street.
We offer flexibility for the right candidate, with hybrid working arrangements and both employed and freelance opportunities considered.
