  • Come in for your private appointment

    All of our appointments are completely private and give you an indulgent personal shopping experience. We help to create and style your entire look from tiara to hem, to make you feel your most confident and iconic self for any occasion.

  • Made-to-order and Bespoke Process

    This isn’t your typical shopping trip! All of our pieces are made entirely from scratch for you when you place an order! The benefit of this is that we have your garment made exactly to your measurements AND with any design changes you might want - so if for example you love a dress but want it made with sleeves, a different fabric, colour, neckline shaping etc - all fine!

  • Measurements & Toile Fittings

    Once you have chosen your outfit, we will place the order with the designer! At this point we have a couple of different options in order to get you the best fit. One way of doing that is to have your item made to your measurements. Another option is to have a ‘toile’ made, which is a basic, calico prototype of your garment, so that we can tailor it to your exact shape and preference. This is the perfect opportunity to physically see any bespoke design changes you’ve made. The full couture experience!

  • Final Fittings & Alterations

    Once your outfit arrives, it might need some final tweaks – sometimes it’s as little as taking up a hem up to the perfect length for your shoes or adjusting straps (we are sticklers for the perfect fit!). We have our own seamstress in-house which means that we can help you through the process from beginning to end!

  • Preliminary Consultation and Browsing

    Inspiration, ideas and a whole lot of tailored wedding chat!

    If you want to find out more about the designers, service and experience we offer but aren’t quite ready to try on yet, then our preliminary consultation option is ideal.

    Held in our main showroom, it’s the perfect opportunity for you to find out more about who we are, what we do and have a good browse through our styles.

  • Full Private Consultation

    Let’s get trying on and choose your dress!

    Brides-to-be are invited to view and try on our exclusive collections in the spacious, relaxed environment of our stylish consultation lounge, which will be entirely private and exclusively for you and your invited guests to use during your appointment.

    During your consultation, we’ll start with an initial chat to find out more about you, your wedding ideas and any specific styles or designers that’ve caught your eye, before moving through to the showroom to view the collections. As we look through the designs, we’ll work together to choose the best dress options to try on, using them as a base from which to style your individually tailored look.

  • Accessories Appointments

    Total dedication to the finishing touches!

    Whether you are just getting started or are ready to finalise the finishing touches of your bridal look then one of our dedicated accessories appointments will be perfect.

    Open to all, whether you’ve bought your wedding dress from us or not, you can opt for a complimentary introduction appointment or a full dedicated hour of private consultation with one of our accessories stylists.

  • Virtual Appointments

    If you can’t come to us, then we’ll come to you!

    If you want to indulge in the Rachel Scott experience but are unable to come in to the shop in person, then a virtual appointment is the perfect solution. You can choose whether your appointment is via phone, social media app, video conference calling or a combination of all three!

    Keeping in line with appointments held in store, these virtual consultations are totally private and you'll have dedicated one-to-one time with one of our senior stylists.

  • Appointment Times

    We understand the time pressures our clients are so often under - perhaps living or working quite some distance away from Edinburgh, leading busy full lives, working hard with potentially long, unpredictable and very much ‘non-standard’ working hours.

    So to make sure we continue our ethos of always, and very genuinely, centring our customer experience around your specific needs, we don’t limit ourselves to ‘standard’ hours either!
