About the Role
Full time (40 hours)
(Although will consider applicants who propose a shorter working week).
Become a brand ambassador for Rachel Scott Couture and support the business owners to drive sales and profits within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
You will demonstrate and uphold the visions and values of our founder and will offer inspirational insight into our products and services.
We are a multi award winning bridal retailer who have creatively styled brides since 2004.
But we are no normal retailers. We create experiences for our clients and recognise we are privileged to help shape milestones in their lives.
We do this by providing the highest level of customer experience and by showcasing the world’s leading bridal and fashion forward brands.
Not only that, we design and make our own jewellery and have our very own Rachel Scott Accessories brand and stand-alone accessories boutique and it is this area of the business we want your help in pushing forward.

What you will be doing
Taking responsibility for the Rachel Scott Accessories brand.
Providing expert advice.
Styling our clients in line with their bespoke requirements.
Delivering memorable experiences constantly and consistently.
Being devoted to our clients needs, be that in person, over the phone, through email or on social media.
Being creative to improve footfall in the store.
Using your savvy tech skills to engage with clients with inspiring content on our SM channels.
Demonstrating our obsession and passion for what we do and deliver consistent results.
Updating client records and sales trackers.
Constantly looking for ways to improve sales opportunities.
Smashing your sales targets!
Having fun and loving being part of the team!
Previous sales experience or customer service experience (desirable).
Track record in achieving sales targets (desirable).
Excellent communication skills.
Essentially however, we will prioritise hiring the right person with the best attitude and skill set (who is willing to work hard and learn).
Oh, and must like dogs!

Salary (£20k - £23K – depending on experience).

Set working hours (Tuesday – Saturday). Although some flexibility will be required to cover occasional attendance at external events and wedding fairs.
To include but not limited to;
Dealing with client walk ins and appointments,
Organising and coordinating client fittings.
Maximising sales for new and existing clients.
Accurately process customer sales transactions
Keep up to date records of sales.
Update and maintain inventories of stock and accessory components.
Continually develop knowledge of specialist products on offer.
Make up and send out bespoke gifts to Rachel Scott clients.
Host in-store and external events.
Investigate and organise collaborations with other luxury brands.
Ensure website is updated with products and events.
Keep boutique spotlessly clean and ensure it is always presented to the highest standard.
Making of Rachel Scott Accessories jewellery pieces.
Maintain a presence on Rachel Scott Accessories SM channels.
Explore PR opportunities.
Make insightful contributions to the business marketing schedule and future sales products.
Attend wedding fairs.
Communicate and work effectively with the Rachel Scott team.
Work safely and take responsibility for ensuring all health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Always ensure client confidentiality is paramount and respected.
