‘Words cannot express how amazing Rachel and her team are. From the moment I walked in, Rachel was just wonderful. She immediately made me feel comfortable and truly listened to exactly what I was looking for, whilst at the same time providing her expert ideas and suggestions. Throughout out the whole process (it took me about 4 months and 5 visits to the shop!) not once did I feel pushed or pressurised to make a decision or a purchase. Her collection of gowns are just beautiful – pure elegance, incredible quality and designs to suit everyone!
Rachel really went above and beyond when, the evening before the wedding, I realized that my dress had several creases in it from me being silly enough to leave it in the bag for too long. After phoning her in a panic to ask what I should do, without a moment hesitation she jumped straight in her car and drove across town to our wedding venue where she proceeded to spend a good hour and a half of her evening in my bridal suite personally steaming and ironing the dress for me. This is true testament to how truly passionate she is about what she does and how much she cares for her brides.
